The Captive's Collar is materials enabled and looks best while viewed on a materials enabled Second Life viewer (higher settings).
The Captive's Collar also works with the ~Silenced~ Whim system.
To make the collar function fully, you must first own the ~Silenced~ Whim HUD found here.
