Angel of Pain Photo Contest: Romantik in all seinen Facetten

Februar ist der Monat, in dem Valentinstag gefeiert wird. Von manchen geliebt, von manchen gehaßt. Daher haben wir uns entschlossen (danke für diese Idee Charlie) dieses Thema für unseren ersten Photo Contest auf der neuen Region aufzugreifen.

Die Gewinner werden von einer zweiköpfigen Jury ausgewählt. Und zwar von Charlie Namiboo und Mɪʀɪ (silentchloe).

Romantik hat viele Facetten. Von kitschig bis dunkel und düster, von Händchenhalten und zarten Küssen bis hin zu BDSM und Fetisch, von Zeit zu zweit bis hin Zeit mit sich selber und vieles mehr wie zum Beispiel Landschaftsfotos und Aufnahmen von kleinen Szenen ohne Avatare. Zeigt uns mit eurem Bild, was ihr unter diesem Thema versteht.

Wir haben uns diesmal für den Photo Contest etwas Neues einfallen lassen und dank Daemonika Nighfire wurde die Idee schnell und perfekt umgesetzt (danke liebe Dae). Der Contest findet NICHT mehr über Flickr statt, sondern ihr dürft eure Bilder INWORLD einreichen. Und zwar, in dem ihr euch in einen Board eintragt. So können auch alle mitmachen und wir können Adult Bilder ohne Tricks zulassen. Diese Boards findet ihr im Nebenraum von Landepunkt. Einfach durch die offene Tür durchgehen.

Wie funktioniert das Board:

Board mit links anklicken, Fenster öffnet sich rechts oben. Auf Enter klicken. Ihr seid nun im Board eingetragen.

Um ein Bild hineinzugeben, im Menü auf Add klicken und per Halten der STRG Taste das Bild in das Board ziehen. Das Bild muss FULL PERM sein. Das bedeutet, mit allen Rechten.

Habt ihr euer Bild auch auf Flickr, könnt ihr die Flickr URL ins Board mit hineingeben, in dem ihr im Menü auf Flickr klickt und im neu geöffneten Fenster die URL hineinkopiert. Danach auf Senden klicken (Flickr URLs ist KEIN MUSS, sondern nur eine Bereicherung für alle, die sich die Bilder auch groß ansehen möchten)

Öffnet erneut das Menü eures Boards, um auf Format zu klicken, dort könnt ihr auswählen, welches Format zu eurem Bild passt.

Nun habt ihr euch erfolgreich ins Board eingetragen.

Wenn ihr ein besetztes Board anklickt, könnt ihr im Menü oben den Namen desjenigen finden und die Flickr URL anklicken, falls eine vorhanden

Möchtet ihr in Laufe des Wettbewerbes ein anderes Bild hineingeben oder habt ihr aus Versehen ein falsche hineingeschoben, so könnt ihr im Menü auf Clear drücken und erneut ein Bild mit Halten der STRG Taste hineinschieben. Aufpassen, danach erneut das Format auswählen.

Möchtet ihr den Contest komplett verlassen, auf Leave klicken, dann springt das Board auf Originalzustand zurück.

Regel:

1. Das Bild muss auf Angel of Pain aufgenommen worden sein. Dazu steht euch die komplette Region samt Skyboxen zur Verfügung.
2. Ein Bild pro Person (selber gemacht)
3. Adult ist erlaubt.
4. Zu stark bearbeite Fotos werden nicht zugelassen, man sollte erkennen das es in Second Life aufgenommen wurde.

Das Rezzen von eigenen Items ist erlaubt, dazu benötigt Ihr die Gruppe secondlife:///app/group/98eaa013-22fb-6c1c-6a95-742e1f197645/about. Der Gruppenbeitritt beträgt 450 L$. Wir erstatten den Betrag zurück, wenn jemand nur am Contest teilnehmen möchte und kein weiteres Interesse an der Gruppe besteht (dazu bitten an Susann DeCuir wenden). Und bitte packt danach alles wieder ein.

Für anfällige Fragen oder Hilfestellung steht euch Susann DeCuir gerne zur Verfügung. Wir freuen uns auf eure Fotos und sind schon sehr gespannt.

Und jeder darf mitmachen, egal ob man Erfahrung in Fotografieren hat oder nicht. Wer meint, er gewinne eh nie, hat vergessen, dass ein Teilnehmen an solch einem Contest ja hauptsächlich Spaß machen soll … Spaß seine Idee kreativ umzusetzen.

February is the month to celebrate Valentine's Day. Loved by some, hated by others. So we decided (thanks for this idea Charlie) to take up this theme for our first Photo Contest on the new region.

The winners will be selected by a jury of two, Charlie Namiboo and Mɪʀɪ (silentchloe).

Romance has many facets. From kitschy to dark and gloomy, from holding hands and tender kisses to BDSM and fetish, from time for two to time with yourself and much more, such as landscape photos and shots of small scenes without avatars. Show us with your picture what you understand under this theme.

We came up with something new for the Photo Contest this time and thanks to Daemonika Nighfire the idea was implemented quickly and perfectly (thanks dear Dae). The contest will NOT take place via Flickr anymore, but you can submit your pictures INWORLD. You can do that by entering your pictures in a board. This way everyone can participate and we can allow adult pictures without tricks. You can find these boards in the next room of the landing point. Just go through the open door.

How does the board work:

Click on the board with the left mouse button, a window opens in the upper right corner. Click on Enter. You are now registered in the board.

To add a picture, click on 'Add' in the menu and drag the picture into the board by holding the CTRL key. The image must be FULL PERM. That means, with all rights.

If you have your image on Flickr, you can add the Flickr URL to the board by clicking on 'Flickr' in the menu and copying the URL in the newly opened window. Then click on 'Send' (Flickr URLs is NOT A MUST, but only an enrichment for all who want to see the pictures in large size).

Open the menu of your board again to click on 'Format', there you can choose which format fits to your picture.

Now you have successfully entered the board.

If you click on an occupied board, you can find the name of the board in the menu above and click on the Flickr URL, if one is available.

If you want to add another picture during the contest or if you accidentally added the wrong one, you can press 'Clear' in the menu and add a new picture by holding the CTRL key. Be careful to select the format again afterwards.

If you want to leave the contest completely, click on 'Leave', then the board jumps back to its original state.

Rules:

1. The picture must have been taken on Angel of Pain. The entire region including skyboxes is available for this purpose.
2. One photo per person (self-taken).
3. Adult content is allowed.
4. Some minor editing is allowed. However, heavily edited pictures will not be accepted. One should recognize, that it was taken in Second Life.

You may rezz your own items. In order to be able to do that, you need to be member of the following group : secondlife:///app/group/98eaa013-22fb-6c1c-6a95-742e1f197645/about. The cost of joining the group is L$450. We will refund the amount if someone only wants to participate in the contest and has no further interest in staying in the group (please contact Susann DeCuir). Please collect all of your rezzed items after taking your picture.
