Dankesbrief: 80er-Jahre-Spendenparty (scroll down for English)

Liebe Gäste und Freunde von Angel of Pain,

wir – Sephy, Vampi, Chilly, Lillith, Lisa und ich – bedanken uns von Herzen für eure Großzügigkeit, für euer Mitwirken und für eure wunderbare Gesellschaft während unserer 80er-Jahre-Party. Dank unserer Miss ChillyMilly war der Abend auch musikalisch einfach großartig!

Als wir am Ende der Party eure Tipps zusammenzählten, kamen wir auf die fantastische Summe von 72.000 L$. Dieser Betrag wurde bereits gewechselt und als Euro-Betrag auf das Spendenkonto von Sephy und Vampi transferiert.

Die Spendensumme beläuft sich somit auf 270 Euro.

Wir können es gar nicht fassen – DANKESCHÖN!

Sephy und Vampi werden das Spendenkonto nach meinem Wissensstand noch bis Mitte Mai laufen lassen. Sie werden uns am Ende natürlich darüber informieren, wie es weiterging: wie viel insgesamt zusammenkam, welcher Laptop angeschafft wurde und wie die Reaktion des Spendenempfängers war.

Liebe wundervolle Unterstützerinnen und Unterstützer,

eure Spenden und eure Unterstützung sind alles andere als selbstverständlich – und genau das macht eure Hilfe so unglaublich wertvoll. Ihr habt euch bewusst entschieden zu helfen, mit Mitgefühl, mit Herz und mit Menschlichkeit.

Was ihr ermöglichen könnt, ist so viel mehr als ein Laptop. Ihr werdet einem schwerbehinderten Mann ein Stück Würde, neue Hoffnung und mehr Selbstständigkeit schenken. Ihr zeigt uns, dass es Menschen gibt, die hinschauen und handeln.

Diese Hilfe bedeutet mehr, als Worte ausdrücken können. Sie gibt Kraft, Mut und das Gefühl, nicht allein zu sein.

Von ganzem Herzen danken wir euch allen. Wir wollen zeigen, dass wir gemeinsam etwas verändern können.

Ein besonderer Dank gilt Susann, die diese Spendenparty ermöglicht hat. Ganz herzlich bedanken wir uns bei DJ ChillyMilly für die großartige musikalische Gestaltung.

Thank You Letter: 80s Charity Party

Dear guests and friends of Angel of Pain,

We – Sephy, Vampi, Chilly, Lillith, Lisa, and I – would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity, your participation, and your wonderful company during our 80s party. Thanks to our Miss ChillyMilly, the evening was also musically fantastic!

When we tallied up your tips at the end of the party, we reached the amazing sum of 72,000 L$. This amount has already been exchanged and transferred as a Euro amount to Sephy and Vampi's donation account.

The total donation currently amounts to 270 Euro.

We can hardly believe it – THANK YOU!

To my knowledge, Sephy and Vampi will keep the donation account open until mid-May. In the end, they will of course let us know how everything went: how much was collected in total, which laptop was purchased, and of course, the reaction of the recipient.
